Role Overview
As Cosmopak's first in-house marketing hire, I was brought on to establish and lead the marketing department for this global beauty packaging firm. My scope spanned brand strategy, digital presence, trade shows, sales enablement, CRM implementation, and content development. I worked cross-functionally with sales, product development, and leadership to shape the company’s market positioning and amplify its capabilities.

- Built the marketing department from scratch: Developed foundational strategy, created systems, and hired/managed freelance support.
- Refreshed brand messaging and visuals: Updated tone of voice, sales materials, and digital assets to reflect a more modern, sustainability-focused approach.
- Launched and managed blog + newsletter: Drove thought leadership and boosted organic SEO.
- Introduced HubSpot CRM: Improved contact management, lead nurturing, and campaign tracking.
- Led trade show strategy: End-to-end planning and creative for major industry events, including booth design, collateral, and promotion.
