As Cosmopak’s first in-house marketing hire, I developed and led the department from scratch—establishing systems, refreshing brand messaging, and launching multi-channel campaigns that re-engaged legacy clients and attracted new ones. From CRM implementation to paid media, trade shows, and social, I touched every part of the funnel.

Marketing Lead — Indie Beauty Media Group (IBMG)

Scaling community through creative brand building.

At IBMG, I helped scale a global indie beauty movement—launching trade shows, content platforms, and founder-first initiatives. I created Indie Beauty Week to unite brands, retailers, and consumers, and built co-marketing programs that boosted awareness for emerging beauty companies. I also expanded the marketing team with two new hires, bringing design and social media in-house to support our rapid growth.
