The Ecoforward campaign began as a proactive initiative I championed after recognizing rising customer demand and competitor focus on sustainability at trade shows. I built the business case internally, secured stakeholder buy-in, and collaborated with the Creative Director to create the Ecoforward framework.
With urgency from leadership to move quickly, I researched sustainable packaging options, developed positioning, and personally built the sustainability section of our website on WordPress. The framework later tied into the Rooted in Beauty collection, where I teased out Ecoforward’s categories across multiple launches.
The campaign established sustainability as a core brand pillar for Cosmopak and reinforced our reputation as an innovative packaging partner aligned with industry and customer expectations.
